WARDSBORO - Colin J. Tobey, 70, of Wardsboro, died on Wednesday, December 25. Born on March 17, 1954, he was the son of the late Gordon E. Skee Tobey and Sylvia (Helstowski). Colin was raised and educated in East Dover and was a 1972 graduate of Brattleboro Union High School. He was a hard worker his whole life, working for many local trucking and excavating companies. He enjoyed growing his own vegetables. He grew up on Lake Whitingham boating and camping.
