WILMINGTON - Antony B. Fielding, 61, died peacefully of liver failure on Monday, February 7, at Dartmouth Medical Center.
Tony, also known as Chopper, was for many years a chef at Poncho’s Wreck and later at Fennessy’s in Wilmington. With many friends, he was a Harley-Davidson rider and played music in the area.
He was preceded in death by brother Will, of Marlboro. He is survived by his mother Esther, of Guilford; brother Peter, of West Brattleboro, niece Ali and family of Wilmington; and his beloved cat Rocky.
