This truck tipped over after catching its raised bed on a power line near the corner of Davis and East Dover roads Tuesday afternoon. The truck had delivered hot asphalt to a paving project on Dover Hill Road and had stopped to have its bed cleaned out when the accident occurred. No injuries were reported.
