WILMINGTON- The Wilmington selectboard approved the purchase of a new police cruiser at their regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday evening. They also discussed COVID-19 vaccine distribution and approved preliminary allocations for the sewer commission.
Police Chief Matthew Murano attended the meeting to discuss the need for a new police cruiser. “On December 10, we had a cruiser involved in a single car collision, which ultimately totaled the cruiser,” said Murano.
