Wilmington allocates funds, will apply for dispatching grant

WILMINGTON- On Tuesday evening, the Wilmington Selectboard discussed funding allocations and grants, a potential nuisance ordinance, town positions, and future meetings during their regularly scheduled meeting. 
Last year, Wilmington joined a multistate opioid lawsuit. As the lawsuit has now been settled, Wilmington received their first compensation check. They turned over the $1,469.19 to Voices of Hope, a local organization working to fight opioid use in the Deerfield Valley. Other compensation checks for the town are expected to follow.
