WILMINGTON- History was made in Wilmington this month when Wilmington Police Department patrol officer Sasha Kondraski was promoted to detective, a title that has never before been held by a woman at Wilmington PD.
When Kondraski joined the Wilmington Police Department in 2019, she was the only female officer on staff. That’s no longer the case. Patrol officer Kayla Healy now also works at the department. Kondraski and Healy are joined at the department by dispatcher Susan Luchsinger.
