What does welcoming new community members look like?

WINDHAM COUNTY - On Friday, May 14, the Southern Vermont Economy Summit hosted a panel titled “How New People Generate New Opportunities for Our Communities.” During it, local leaders evaluated the matter from three perspectives — schools, municipalities, and chambers of commerce. The panel comprised Windham Central Supervisory Union Superintendent Bill Anton; Wilmington Economic Development Consultant Gretchen Havreluk; and Southwestern Vermont Chamber of Commerce executive director Matt Harrington.
