Voters pass spending articles, concerns raised over school tax rate

WILMINGTON- Voters passed all of the spending articles on this year’s Town Meeting warning, but not without discussing each.
Article 6, to raise and appropriate $2,028,917 and appropriate $233,000 of the 2018 fund balance for the 2020 general fund, sparked the most discussion.
