MONTPELIER- COVID-19 cases in Bennington County, and now Rutland County, continue to outpace the rest of the state, according to officials at Tuesday’s COVID-19 briefing.
Department of Financial Regulation Commissioner Michael Pieciak said the number of new cases and hospitalizations is continuing to improve across the country and in the Northeast, but cases are not falling at the same rate in Vermont.
