Vermont AG sues CVS, other providers, for deceptive practices

MONTPELIER- Vermont Attorney General Charity Clark’s office filed a civil lawsuit last week against pharmacy benefit managers Evernorth, CVS Caremark, and several connected entities in Washington Superior Court, claiming the companies’ practices are in violation of the Vermont Consumer Protection Act.
