Valley schools can’t find teachers, shortage is statewide

WILMINGTON- The Windham Southwest Supervisory Union Executive Board discussed a districtwide, and perhaps statewide, teacher shortage at their regular meeting Monday evening.
Superintendent Barbara Anne Komons-Montroll asked school principals to describe the teacher and staff shortages they’re facing at their schools.  “We see a pattern across all of our schools,” Komons-Montroll said, “and it is impacting all of our children.”
