MONTPELIER- At Tuesday’s COVID-19 press briefing, Agency of Human Services Secretary Mike Smith announced the state will open COVID-19 vaccine registration to Vermonters 65 and older starting Monday, and Gov. Phil Scott announced a “turn of the spigot” allowing visits by fully vaccinated Vermonters.
