Twin Valley School Board’s proposed budget rises by $1.2 million
WHITINGHAM- Twin Valley School Board members presented their proposed fiscal year 2023 budget to voters at an information meeting Tuesday evening.
The board’s proposed budget, at $10,177,905, is nearly $1.2 million higher than last year’s budget. But school board chair Janna Ewart said that the bulk of the total budget increase is due to changes in how special education funding is handled under Act 173.
