Twin Valley board signs off on budget

WILMINGTON- On Tuesday, the Twin Valley Unified Union School District held a special meeting to discuss the budget for the 2022 fiscal year. They approved the third draft of the proposed budget, discussed what to do with the fund balance, and increased the salaries for substitute teachers.
