Tuition costs looked at by River Valleys board

WARDSBORO - The River Valleys Unified Union School District Board approved an FY21 budget of $5,680,223 to be brought to voters at the district’s annual meeting in February. During budget discussions, the board debated how much it should recommend voters approve in secondary tuition.
The issue of secondary tuition arose after, when faced with approving the budget, board member Laura Sibilia asked whether administrators would be able to answer a question from the public if it were to come up: How can we cut $250,000 more from this budget?
