Trail upgrades, disc golf, ice rink part of rec plan recommendations

DOVER - The Dover Selectboard held a special meeting on Tuesday to hear from Weston & Sampson about their recommendations in a final draft master plan for the town’s recreation and trails venues. 
The presentation was given by Weston & Sampson’s Daniel Biggs, principal in charge, and Rachelle McKnight, project manager. The project also involved consulting from John Morton, of Morton Trails, who was not in attendance. Biggs and McKnight joined via Zoom.
