Towns will receive federal funds

DEERFIELD VALLEY - Towns throughout the country will be receiving federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), signed into law by President Joe Biden on March 11, with some local towns each receiving over $100,000.
The amount of money a town receives is based on its population. According to a local allocations estimation tool from the National League of Cities (NLC), local allocations include an estimated $105,000 for Dover; an estimated $178,000 for Wilmington, and an estimated $126,000 for Whitingham.
