Towns not sure they will enact mask ordinances

DEERFIELD VALLEY- On Tuesday, Gov. Phil Scott signed legislation passed in a special session Monday that allows municipalities to enact a temporary ordinance requiring masks be worn in places that are open to the public.  Brattleboro became the first town in Vermont to pass an ordinance under the new legislation on Tuesday.
