Towns face challenges in marketing, chamber of commerce, and pharmacy

WILMINGTON - The bi-town economic development group, comprising members from Dover and Wilmington, met on Thursday, October 1, for its regularly-scheduled meeting. The group discussed marketing and economic resiliency efforts underway in the valley and the uncertain future of the Southern Vermont Deerfield Valley Chamber of Commerce. In addition, several committee members expressed dismay about delays in service at Walgreens, the valley’s sole pharmacy.
