Property has numerous code violations, water heater removed
DOVER- Selectboard members, convening as the board of health, approved a health order against the owner of a multi-unit rental property at their regular meeting Tuesday evening.
Dover Health Officer Tabi Freedman told board members there have been a number of issues with the Doverhof, located on Waldwinkle Road, for several years. She said she initiated an investigation on conditions at the rental property following a complaint from a tenant on Thursday, December 2.
