WILMINGTON- How can the town adjust zoning bylaws to encourage the construction of more housing units in the village?
A planning commission housing subcommittee looking at zoning bylaw modernization met with members of the public Tuesday to discuss changes that could help fill the need for more housing in Wilmington.
