Supervisory union continues to find financial failings

WHITINGHAM- Past financial mismanagement at Windham Southwest Supervisory Union was even worse than initially estimated, superintendent Bill Bazyk told Twin Valley School Board members at their regular meeting Tuesday evening. 
The business office remains tied up with the backlog, Bazyk said, a situation that will likely continue for several months.  “People are upset, and rightfully so, but this isn’t going to be cured for a year,” he said.
