State supports childcare as part of reopening

MONTPELIER- Gov. Phil Scott and his administration announced measures to increase child care availability as schools across the state plan “hybrid” school reopenings.
According to Agency of Education Secretary Dan French, the majority of supervisory unions in the state are planning to reopen on September 8 with some version of a “hybrid” plan that includes in-person learning and remote learning each week.
