State stymies group on sign standstill

WILMINGTON - At a meeting of the Bi-Town Economic Development Committee on Thursday, June 6, Wilmington Economic Development Consultant Gretchen Havreluk said she was at a standstill with the state about signs the committee has been requesting. In other matters, a committee dedicated to finding affordable housing solutions in the region is moving forward with a study on the matter, and banners will soon be permitted to be hung across Route 9 in Wilmington.
