State senator says education system reform will not finish this year

WILMINGTON-  At Tuesday’s Town Meeting, Bennington County state senators Seth Bongartz and Rob Plunkett, who represent Wilmington, and Rep. Emily Carris Duncan were in attendance and talked about their committee assignments and issues in the Statehouse. 
Bongartz, a veteran legislator from Manchester serving his first term as a senator, is on the Natural Resources Committee and chairs the Senate Education Committee. Schools, he said, are on everybody’s mind.
