MONTPELIER- Education and connectivity were center-stage at Gov. Phil Scott’s press conference Wednesday.
Gov. Scott said he, and others, were “very concerned” about the drop in revenue for Vermont coffers, including the education fund. “Very little money is going into the general fund at this point, and we’re going to have to make some very tough decisions over the next six to 12 months to take care of what we have prioritized and our basic needs.”
