Tax credits awarded to former church, art space project
WILMINGTON - Jenevieve Penk and Vincent Yeo, owners of the old church building at 12 South Main Street, were recently awarded $51,200 in “Downtown and Village Center Tax Credits” from the state. The credits will help support Penk and Yeo as they refurbish the building and bring it into its next chapter, as an arts and performance space called Arthouse.
