Society hopes to rebuild failing wall

WILMINGTON - This summer, a fundraising thermometer for a stone wall went up in front of the Wilmington Historical Society.
“This spring, I pulled in and noticed a whole section of the stone wall had begun to tumble down into the ditch that runs along Lisle Hill Road,” said president Julie Moore. “I knew it was too big  a project for our volunteers. We’re not able to do anything for it ourselves.”
