Snowboarder injured after falling from chairlift

DOVER- A young snowboarder was injured in a fall from a chairlift at Mount Snow last weekend, Vail Resorts has confirmed.  
“We can confirm that on (Saturday) January 14. Mount Snow Ski Patrol responded to a report that a minor male snowboarder fell from the Grand Summit Express Chair,” a Vail Resorts spokesperson said.  “The guest was transported to a local hospital.”
The boy was transported from Southwestern Vermont Health Care’s Mountain Medical Services at Mount Snow to Albany, according to reports.
