Gov. Phil Scott announced he would appoint Zoie Saunders as interim Secretary of Education moments after her nomination to the office was rejected by the Vermont Senate.
MONTPELIER- Two state senators have filed a lawsuit against Gov. Phil Scott, seeking to have his appointment of Zoie Saunders as interim Secretary of Education nullified by the court.
