DOVER - At the Dover Selectboard’s meeting on Tuesday, chair Josh Cohen revealed that the board met with Mount Snow last month, and that the town’s future economic goals — and how they aligned with those of the resort — were discussed. The meeting was not warned and was not open to the public. Cohen said he felt that, given new language in the open meeting law, the meeting did not need to be warned. Vice chair Vicki Capitani, who did not attend the meeting, said she felt it was attended in violation of the law.
