Search continues for missing man
WHITINGHAM- Police continued their search of Sherman Reservoir Wednesday for a missing Bennington man who police believe may have been kayaking on the reservoir.
According to Vermont State Police reports, Matthew Houskeeper, 59, of Bennington hadn’t been seen or heard from since the morning of Wednesday, August 14. The Bennington Police Department initiated a missing persons investigation after it was reported that Houskeeper failed to show up at work on Thursday, August 15.
