School trying to come up with reasons for declining test scores

DOVER - While evaluating diminished smarter balanced assessment consortium (SBAC) scores with the Dover School Board at the board’s meeting on Monday, principal Matt Martyn said it is possible that the school’s focus on achieving International Baccalaureate certification had a negative impact on basic skill comprehension among the student body at the school.
