School program seen as asset, development tool

DOVER - On Thursday, October 3, the Dover School Board held a special meeting in which board members, parents, teachers, and administrators touted the Dover School’s recent certification as an International Baccalaureate as a community asset that can be leveraged by real estate agents as a reason for families to move to the town.
