The Rotary Club of the Deerfield Valley president Bob Brunner recently presented the Frank Spencer achievement award to graduating seniors Cearra O’Hern, and Kylie Cleanthes. O’Hern will be attending Penn State University, majoring in journalism; Cleanthes will attend the University of Vermont, majoring in early education. The Frank Spencer Award is presented to graduating seniors. The awardees receive $1,000 for each of their freshman and sophomore years of college.
