Schitt’s Creek application sent back to drawing board, plan better suited for a lodging permit

WILMINGTON- Development Review Board members sent the members of jointly-owned property back to the drawing board - hoping to save the applicants from an onerous zoning process. 
Jason Sares, representing a group of investors calling themselves Schitt’s Creek LLC, explained that the members of the group pitched in together to purchase the former Vintage Motel.  Each member of the group owns one or two of the units, and the group is maintaining part of the former owners’ quarters, upstairs in the building, as common space.
