BRATTLEBORO - On Monday, a sizable crowd formed at the Brattleboro Common where around 12:30 pm, Sen. Bernie Sanders addressed constituents to explain what, as chair of the Senate Budget Committee, he aims to accomplish with the $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill currently being worked on by Democrats.
