Sanders tells seniors he will continue push for health care reforms

Sen. Bernie Sanders during Thursday’s virtual meeting.

BURLINGTON-  In previous years, Sen. Bernie Sanders has held holiday dinners for seniors throughout Vermont.  This year, as with many other things, these were moved online. On Thursday, December 17, seniors throughout the state were able to call or login online to the senator’s virtual seniors town meeting.
With the help of his team, Sanders answered questions sent in by those watching virtually through sanders.senate.gov/live. His state director, Kathryn Becker Van Haste, mediated the town hall.
