Roof collapse hampers firefighters, crews from multiple towns respond

WEST DOVER - A fire on Monday morning resulted in five fire departments and town road crews working together to extinguish the blaze, which temporarily could not be reached with water after a stone roof caved in over it.
The fire happened at a second home on Someday Road. According to West Dover Fire Chief Richard Werner, people had been at the house Sunday, but it was vacant when the blaze broke out on Monday.
Fire trucks were called to the scene around 7 am on Monday.
