River Valleys voters support tuition rate, district budget

DOVER - The River Valleys Unified School District held its annual meeting Tuesday evening at Dover Town Hall. After a lengthy discussion voters supported the Burr and Burton tuition rate offered to sending districts.
By floor vote, Sarah Shippee was elected as moderator, with a stipend of $200 per meeting. Andy McLean was elected clerk, with an annual stipend of $2,400 and $400 to pay an assistant. Marco Tallini was elected treasurer, with an annual stipend of $2,400.
