DOVER- At their regular meeting Tuesday evening, selectboard members discussed a request by Dover resident Gerie Golet made at Town Meeting to compare ambulance response times of Deerfield Valley Rescue and Rescue Inc., and consider choosing the service with the best response time to be Dover’s service provider.
Deerfield Valley Rescue is based in Wilmington, with ambulances stationed in West Dover and in Whitingham. Rescue Inc. is based in Brattleboro, and has no ambulances stationed in the Deerfield Valley.
