READSBORO- Voters approved all but one article on the Readsboro School District annual meeting warning in Australian balloting Tuesday.
Article IX, asked voters to authorize the school board to “assign for future use” any portion of the 2021 fiscal year surplus of $167,637 that was not allocated under previous articles.  The previous articles, all three of which were approved, asked voters to place $80,000 in an existing maintenance reserve fund, to create a tax stabilization reserve fund, and to place the remaining $87,637 surplus in the new fund.
