READSBORO– At the May 1 meeting, Readsboro Selectboard members discussed the development of an ordinance dealing specifically with blight .  Administrative assistant Karen Boisvert said she had researched information from other towns about the issue, including information from Grafton, Barre, Rutland, and the Whitingham junk ordinance.  Boisvert recommended to the board that she incorporate provisions in Readsboro’s current junk ordinance for dealing with blight, particularly with regard to buildings.
