JAMAICA- Vermont State Police arrested Matthew Rudavsky, 43, of Burlington, after they investigated a report of suspicious activity in Jamaica at about 4:36 pm on Saturday, May 3. According to police, Rudavsky crashed his vehicle, causing property damage, and subsequently left the scene of the accident without notifying law enforcement.
