DOVER - At the Dover Selectboard’s meeting on Tuesday, June 19, Green Lantern’s Ralph Meima said a public buy-in option for Green Lantern’s solar array on the town’s capped landfill may not come to fruition, and vice chair Vicki Capitani asked that Green Lantern cover the town’s attorney fees incurred for additional legal work due to contractual changes requested by Green Lantern.
