Property taxes headed up in Dover

DOVER - Prior to holding a vicious dog hearing on Tuesday, the Dover Selectboard convened to set the town’s tax rate, which is up this year.
The increase represents approximately 10 cents for the homestead rate and 9 cents for the non-resident rate, despite a relatively level budget.
