Peak Resorts sale to Vail a done deal

BROOMFIELD, CO- On Tuesday, Vail Resorts announced the company has closed on their acquisition of Peak Resorts and its 17 resorts, including Mount Snow.
The acquisition brings the total number of ski areas operated by Vail Resorts to 37 worldwide.
