DOVER - At Monday’s River Valleys Unified Union School District Board meeting, Windham Central Supervisory Union superintendent Bill Anton shared his initial suggestions for how the new Act 46-compliant school district, comprising Dover and Wardsboro, could run when it becomes operational on July 1, 2019. One of the suggestions included ending instruction in Wardsboro after second grade.
