Opioid Task Force gets demonstration

WILMINGTON - At Tuesdays’ meeting of the Opioid Task Force, volunteers from across the region gave mini zero balancing sessions to task force members to teach them about the manual therapy. And before the zero balancing demonstration, the task force discussed ways it might encourage parents and family members of people with substance use disorder to become active in the group’s work.
Wilmington chiropractor Michele Doucette said the idea to bring zero balancing to the group had come from Cheryl Rusin, a member of the task force who has personal experience with the therapy.
