WILMINGTON- On Monday, September 19, the Wilmington Development Review Board held a hearing on a change of use permit application for a town-owned property in the village. Town Manager Scott Tucker sought a permit for new uses of the old fire department building at the corner of Beaver Street and Church Street.
Now that the new public safety building has opened, the town has the opportunity to repurpose this space.
